Challenge
For over 10 years we have work closely with the HSE Digital Team across several varied HSE programmes to provide public awareness, education and behavioural change solutions.
Solution
As part of a multi-supplier project our Pre-COVID-19 our remit was diverse. It included digital support to transform the HSE’s digital footprint into an efficient ecosystem for the delivery of its digital strategy and communications. This digital ecosystem has provided the footprint and springboard for many years of successful, behaviour changing, social media messaging, content, design and CX that includes the COVID-19 Awareness, Care and #ForUsAll Vaccination programmes. Our work is not just COVID-19 related. Other programmes include Sexual Wellbeing, Quit (Smoking), Understand Together (Dementia), MyOptions (Abortion), HPV Vaccine, Flu Vaccine, the Measles Vaccine and Drugs.ie.

Working with the HSE over the past 8-years has been an incredibly fulfilling journey for me, both professionally and personally.
Being able to play our part in campaigns and initiatives that drive real-world behaviour change has not only been a privilege, but has also allowed me to witness firsthand the transformative impact our work has on society. It is a truly rewarding experience.
