Bowie / Duffy

Between 1972 and 1980 Brian Duffy worked with David Bowie on five powerful photo sessions. From Ziggy Stardust, Aladdin Sane and White Sands to Lodger and Scary Monsters. Coinciding with the 44th anniversary of the release of Aladdin Sane, the Bowie / Duffy show in Dublin featured a wealth of rare and previously unreleased images from these sessions with a focus on the creation of the iconic Aladdin Sane album cover and its elements. The show was curated by Chris Duffy, Brian’s son, and David Douglas MD of Ebow.
