Carbery Group provides high quality nutritional ingredients, flavours and natural cheeses to customers in more than 50 countries worldwide. A global company, Carbery is a cooperative wholly owned by the farmers of West Cork. Carbery employs almost 1,000 people across 8 countries, and had a turnover of €535m in 2021.
Carbery approached Ebow with their brief “…seeking a digital partner to support the development and implementation of the Group’s global digital strategy. Deliverables as part of this strategy will include an overarching brand strategy for the group, design and build of new web presence(s), audience segmentation, localised and regional content curation, messaging strategy and content creation.”
Part of the overall goal was to create a digital experience driven by customer needs and insights, to highlight the company’s sustainability credentials, as well as creating a consistent brand experience and harmony for Carbery and their Flavours division Synergy.
