Who We Are Looking For:

  • 4+ years proven experience in paid social media management with a deep understanding of social media strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams.
  • Confident and comfortable talking to new people and be able to easily build rapport and relationships with clients
  • Demonstrable proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Strategic and creative mindset with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights for maximum creative impact.
  • Finger on the pulse with emerging trends, tools, and industry best practices in social media.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities, all while providing exceptional customer service is paramount.

 

What your week may look like:

  • Daily communication with Client Services: responding to queries, initiating contact to progress projects, and providing general consultancy.
  • Plan, develop, implement and manage client campaigns.
  • On-going analysis and reporting on campaign progress and campaign results.
  • Generate new – and update existing – recommendations, as well as implement said recommendations.
  • Ideate and upsell further work as applicable to the clients’ goals.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time to the required level.
  • Review and approve content plans from clients and other departments.
  • Collaborating with internal teams.
  • Partaking in regular team meetings.
  • Researching industry trends and service-specific upskilling.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Collaborate with account managers and the content team to develop and implement social media strategies aligned with client business goals.
  • Oversee and manage Client social media accounts, planning, creating and scheduling high-quality organic and paid content across all major social media platforms and analysing performance metrics.
  • Design and execute ad campaigns, including ad planning, set-up, QA, implementation, ongoing monitoring, optimisation, and reporting.
  • Regularly research the behaviour and interests of target audiences, as well as industry and global trends, to inform strategies.

 

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and clarity on campaign objectives and deliverables.
  • Work with copywriters and designers to provide creative recommendations for visual content that supports campaign goals.
  • Present campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients and stakeholders.

 

Content Creation and Management:

  • Brief and collaborate with the design team to ensure content aligns with campaign strategies and client expectations.
  • Develop ideas and suggestions for social media content, leveraging new formats and trends to enhance engagement.
  • Ensure outputs are consistent, high-quality, and delivered on schedule.

 

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyse the performance of social media campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Report on key metrics and provide insights and recommendations to optimise future campaigns.
  • Utilise tools such as Google Sheets and Excel for ad planning and media buying, and Keynote/PowerPoint for strategy presentations.

 

Professional Development and Industry Awareness:

  • Stay updated on platform developments, new technologies, and industry trends to ensure the agency remains at the cutting edge of social media marketing.
  • Actively participate in upskilling and training opportunities to enhance service delivery.

 

Workload Management and Flexibility:

  • Manage workload effectively to meet production timelines and project deadlines.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to changing job responsibilities and priorities.
  • Ability to cope under pressure in a professional and calm manner and maintain composure and efficiency during periods of high-volume deliverables, communicating timelines and priorities with project leads.
  • Ability and willingness to travel (UK & Ireland) for high-value meetings and/or pitches

  • Demonstrate strong written communication skills, proficient in English, to effectively communicate strategies and results.
  • Work with the Account Managers to ensure activity is planned in advance while maintaining healthy profit margins across all clients.
  • Support the Account Directors in achieving commercial objectives and goals.

 

Technical Proficiency:

  • Working predominantly within the Meta, TikTok and Snapchat Advertising suites alongside some LinkedIn, Pinterest and Reddit accounts.
  • Proficient in using tools such as Keynote, Google Sheets, Excel and PowerPoint for various aspects of social media delivery.
