Dave here, Ebow Digital’s MD and Founder, I want to share some great news with you today about our plans to continue growing our business and build on the work to-date.
As you all know, we have worked very hard over the last number of years to grow our business and to innovate, and these innovations and changes have made us a very successful business that I believe can grow further.
I want to leverage our strengths to not only sustain but also to discover new avenues for growth and service enhancement, prioritising quality, client satisfaction, and innovation. Looking ahead, we have exciting plans to sustain this growth trajectory supported by some of the most creative minds in our industry across Ireland, UK and USA.
The reality is that this plan requires significant investment and so, in recent months, I have been exploring various opportunities to find the best partner to back and support these plans.
I am very pleased to say that as part of this process we have partnered with Prosper², a leading business members’ club exclusively for owners and directors of companies.
Lead by Michael Wilson, Prosper² has agreed to come on board with us and support our plans through considerable investment in our business.
Prosper², which is headquartered in the Isle of Man where Michael and his team live, has exciting plans to launch in Ireland towards the end of this year – further investing significant capital into the country.
Prosper²’s membership model delivers unique business benefits to support growth, generate loyalty and drive efficiencies. It also allows its 2000 plus companies access a wealth of specialist business services and network benefits – including marketing services. This creates significant opportunities for us as we can now tap into that network.
From the outset we had a great connection with Michael and the Prosper² team who share our vision for the business and want to partner with us to help solidify Ebow Digital a market leader across Ireland, the UK, Europe and the US.
Having such a strong and experienced partner on board will help us fund and accelerate our growth plans and unlock opportunities to undertake acquisitions, under the Ebow Group, to further grow market share.
As a first step, we are in the process of looking for a new office space in Dublin that will allow us all to come together – as well as a creative production studio – that will include a mixed-use space for retail and events. This office will also cater for social and co-working spaces for clients and will support Prosper²’s launch in Ireland towards the end of this year.
Our ambition now, through this deal, is to really supercharge our growth, enter new markets and expand our offering. As you know, AI will be central to our proposition going forward as we continue our exciting expansion. We will empower our clients to implement our creative and marketing strategies using emerging technologies.
I’m delighted to say that we also have ambitions to double the number of people over the next 24/36 months as we drive this growth.
And just to reassure everyone further; today’s announcement will not impact any roles or responsibilities – Ebow’s success so far is a reflection of our hard-working team. The team is extremely important to the continued growth of our business. All client teams will remain the same – with no changes to any structures.
So, looking forward; I am very confident about the future of our business. I know that we will continue to grow and we will also continue to provide greater service and creative digital marketing and technology services to our clients.
