The management, creation and amplification of content is a key focus for our agency in achieving our client’s goals.

We are looking for someone who can create content for various prestigious clients and projects, this person must also be able to continually define and lead the agency’s process in this area.
You would work on the creation and implementation of best in class methodologies for gathering and formatting content.
We would like you to work with other content writers and creators within the agency to help manage and develop excellent content.
You would also be in charge of managing the application of content to websites / large complex projects / social media, email & marketing campaigns.
You will need to know how to spot when a particular style is needed, how to work within a tone or style or when to defer to an outside specialist copywriting resource/partner.
You should be comfortable with copy–smoothing ‘raw’ content provided by a client and be able to ‘walk in their shoes’ and understand their audience(s).
You would need to understand the purpose and role content plays across brand and digital strategy, SEO (paid and organic), social and on websites (UX, on-site content etc).
You would be working with the wider team (and clients) to create content strategies, along with liaising on content gathering and governance.
The right candidate should be comfortable with working on multiple projects from different disciplines / agency verticals, as well as being able to talk to people about the difference good copy & content makes.
Understanding of SEO, keyword densities, keyword phrase mapping etc is essential.
You will need to be proactive in helping clients with their content needs and deadlines.
5+ years of the same, or similar, within a digital agency or digital marketing team.
Experience in leading and managing content projects from concept to completion.
Be up-to-date with all the latest trends and be able to guide content creation on an ongoing basis for the correct target audiences and platforms.
Client management experience in written and verbal communication across all project deliverables.
Be able to write in a sentence what takes others a paragraph.
